The SU-155 Group of Companies includes powerful engineering enterprises,
many of which produce more than a half of products of the total market volume.
Almost all production methods of the engineering complex are employed at the
manufacturing plants: cast-iron manufacturing, steel-casting, forging operations,
machine processing, welding, assembling, paint spray processing, etc.
The SU-155 Group of Companies promotes the actively developing elevator and crane industry. SU-155 is one of few companies in Russia, which designs and manufactures new models of tower cranes and hoists.

In Serpukhov, a first stone was laid in the
foundation of a new elevator-building enterprise, which is called to become the largest producer of business class elevators. The Wellmaks elevators
designed by the SU-155 Group of Companies will be manufactured there.
The annual capacity of the enterprise after commissioning will amount to 9
thousand elevators per year.

A new line of the “Wellmaks” business class passenger elevators with the lift capacity ranging from 400 to 1,000 kg was developed at the “Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant” OJSC. By virtue of the new products, the SU-155 Group of Companies may occupy at least a 30% share of the business class elevators market. The annual production capacity of the Wellmaks elevators totals 100 pieces.

New technologies
The “Budimpeks” sandwich panel production line was launched at the “Strommashina” OJSC. The new line capacity totals 250 sq.m per shift. The Motoman robot designed for cutting out the tower crane belts was installed. The robot for welding tower crane belts was purchased.
