The first plant for the production of permanent forms, which is included in the SU-155 Group of Companies, was opened in Domodedovo. It is provided with the equipment of German company “Kurtz” having daily capacity of 350-400 sq.m. The performance of the new equipment will ensure construction of 2 two-storey cottages of 200 sq.m per day. The project investments totaled 1.7 million Euro.

The first enterprise located in the European Union entered the SU-155 Group of Companies in 2008. The capacity of the modern plant of the “Brocenu Ceramica” located in Brocenu, Latvia ensures the production of 1 million sq.m of ceramic tiles per year. The project investments totaled 2.4 million Euro.

The “Lespromsever” enterprise producing the 21st century products – fuel pellets – was opened in Termenga, Vologda region. The heat conducting efficiency of pellets is quite comparable with the coal, while the toxicity of fuel pellets is fifty times lower. The estimated capacity of the enterprise is 30 thousand tons of fuel pellets per year.

The reinforced concrete plant was opened in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region. New workshop of the “Kstovsky Reinforced Concrete Plant” will allow the enterprise build two types of houses at the same time: PK-17K (up to 100 thousand sq.m per year) and I-155N (150 thousand sq.m per year). The investments in reconstruction of the plant will amount to 1.5 billion per year.

New workshop for production of floor slabs for the PK-17 type houses was opened at the “Stroyindustriya Holding”, a member of the SU-155 Group of Companies.

The “Belostolbovsky Brick Works” expands its range of products starting production of high-quality bricks of “Chocolate” color.

High-performance processing centers designed for the production of ventilated facades were installed at the “Stromremontnaladka”. The monthly capacity of new equipment is 10 thousand sq.m of ventilated facades.

The SU-155 Group of Companies has developed a new SPT-series of houses for the regional market. The production volume of this new series at the “Large Parts Plant” will amount to 350 thousand sq.m per year.

A new enterprise – «Klinsky Engineering and Construction Center» – became a member of the SU-155 Group of Companies. Following the reconstruction, the enterprise will produce the houses of the IP-7909 and PI-06 series. The capacity of the enterprise is going to reach 300 thousand sq.m by 2010.

New type of products was launched at the “Machine-Building Plant”: lacquer coated ventilated facades.

SU-155 realizes governmental decisions in the sphere of housing policy; the latest of them is re-building of Tskhinvali. SU-155 will construct more than 60 thousand sq.m of housing in the capital of South Ossetia about 700 of cottage type private houses, 8 multiple dwellings, 2 kindergartens each with 140 places, secondary modern school for 600 pupils.

New Technologies

The SU-155 Group of Companies actively invests in the own industrial base development: it purchases new plants and process lines, introduces innovative solutions in manufacture and construction.

In 2007, the “Line of the XXI Century” for windows and balcony rails manufactured from PVC profile was launched at the “Stromremontnaladka” factory. The new line output is about 220 thousand sq.m per year. The amount of investments in production is 109 million rubles.

“Domodedovsky Reinforced Concrete Products Plant” OJSC: a new shop for polystyrene foam manufacture was built. The shop for manufacture of dry mixtures for assembling, filling and sealing of panel joints was commissioned. The shop output is 36 thousand tons per year.

“Belostolbovsky BrickWorks” OJSC: the automatic line for facing brick manufacture was placed in service.

“Lespromsever” LLC: the line for fuel pellets manufacture was launched.

“TELTOMAT-80” asphalt plant was purchased and commissioned. The planned production capacity is 80 tons of asphalt mixture per hour. The annual capacity is 150 thousand tons of high quality asphalt.
